Waimalu Ditch Trail - January 28, 2017 For some reason I wanted to do this trail again. It was because we are anticipated to do the Waimalu Meadow next week. However, the people going on the hike next week didn't want to do the hike today. I thought they would like to do the Ditch trail to relive memories of the past, but I guess not.  Joining the hike today was Daniel, David and Michelle. That was it! I had a place to eat in mind; I’ll talk about that later. I drove on Moanalua road and made the left going up Keonihi place and then parked on Onikiniki place near the gated community. The rain was coming down hard. I felt like not doing the hike because of the elements, in addition, I was hiking alone. Nevertheless, passion and spirit is able to trump all doubt. I started going down the hi...
